Cancellation Policy:

To secure your appointment, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note the following terms:

• Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Non-Transferable: The deposit cannot be transferred to another appointment or person.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, the full service fee will be charged.

• Grace Period: You have a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule without penalty. After this time, the deposit will be forfeited.
